CHAKRA RESTORATIVE YOGA - (Tuesday evenings):
Jan 7 - Feb 25 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. It emphasizes the use of props, such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to support your body in various poses. This support allows practitioners to hold poses for an extended period, facilitating deep relaxation and release of tension. Restorative yoga also encourages mindfulness and promotes a sense of calm, making it an effective way to counter stress and fatigue. Through the exploration of the Chakra system, you will have the opportunity to turn your attention inwards and identify areas of your life that may need attention, thereby promoting an overall sense of well being. Restorative yoga is a great way to prepare for deep restful sleep, and this class is scheduled with that in mind. Turn down the lights, light candles, and reward yourself with this luxurious class.

YOGA FOR ALL BODIES 8-week program - (Monday evenings):
Jan 6 & Feb 3 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Yoga for all Bodies is a program specifically designed for those who identify as living in bigger bodies, seniors, and anyone looking for a gentle program that focuses on improving and maintaining mobility, as well as establishing a physical activity routine. Each participant will complete a questionnaire about their current mobility and goals. The first group class will consist of four, 15-minute mini practices, designed to meet the needs of all of the participants, and available in the cloud for four weeks. Each mini practice will have one of the following as a focus: freeing the joints, freeing the spine, building strength, and improving balance. Over the four weeks, students are encouraged to do each mini practice once a week, ideally on separate days. After four weeks, each participant updates their mobility and goals questionnaire. The second group class will consist of four new mini practices, available in the cloud for four weeks. Students are again encouraged to do each mini practice once a week.
FEE: $100
PROPS: a blanket, a 10 ft strap, an eye pillow, and a stationary armless chair

Following your live class, you will receive a unique link and password, providing unlimited streaming access to the class video, for 2 weeks. So if you can't attend the live class, you can still do the practice, at a time of your choice, and as many times as you want. So you never miss a class! For the Yoga for All Bodies 8-week program classes are in the cloud for 4 weeks.

Online Health Form
If you have not previously practiced with me, you must complete the online health form by the subscription deadline. If you’re a current or past student and there are changes to your health, please fill in a new form. Click the button below to open the form.
Registration
Click the button below to open the subscription form. Fill in and submit the form. Once submitted, a confirmation window will open providing my email address. Complete your registration by sending your payment via email money transfer that address.
Online Platform
Classes are offered via Zoom. Download and install Zoom onto the device of your choice (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop - I recommend a laptop) prior to the first class, so you are ready to go. Here is the link to download Zoom: https://zoom.us/download
Attending the Class
Once registered, you’ll receive an email invitation to attend the repeating event that is your class series. Save this email. Each week, click the link in that email to automatically open Zoom on that device, bringing you into the waiting room for our virtual class. The waiting room opens approximately 10 minutes before the class start time. Once the class begins, you will be admitted into the class.
Video
Joining the meeting with your video on is completely optional. When your video is on it allows me to observe your practice and offer modifications as needed. You can turn your video on or off at any time. Most students attend the class in Speaker View, seeing only my video, but everyone has the option to watch in Gallery View, which I use, so I can see all students who have their video on.
Audio
Please “connect to audio” when joining the class. This allows you to hear me, and me to hear you. To maintain a peaceful ambience for all attendees to our virtual class, I mute your audio once the class begins. You will still be able to hear me, but we all won’t hear you. Should you have a question at any time, please waive at the camera and I will unmute you so you may ask your question.
